Project work within a research group

The research at the Faculty of Medicine spans from experimental basic research to applied research with a focus on clinical, healthcare science and public health issues.

Individuals who wish to pursue a project within a research group at the Faculty of Medicine should contact a research group directly. Our research database obtains all current research at the faculty and can be used to find a group/project of interest.

  • Guests/interns within a research group are not considered to be exchange students at Lund University.
  • Guests/interns within a research group are not enrolled to a course/programme and do not have the possibility to earn academic credits at Lund University.

If you are a student from a partner university within Biomedicine, you can pursue a project/thesis work at a laboratory by applying to one of our project courses for exchange students. Please consult you International coordinator at you home university for more information about nomination and application procedures.
